Booking and requesting a quote

You can make a reservation or request a quote by sending an email to info@stayincostadelsol.com .

We can only provide information over the phone (in English and Hungarian). Booking is only possible via email and it becomes final after payment of the accommodation fee and its confirmation via email.

Those interested in booking or requesting a quote should indicate in the email which accommodation they are interested in.

We kindly ask those who wish to make a reservation or request a quote to provide correct contact details (name, phone number and email). The accuracy of the information provided is the responsibility of the guest. If the guest cannot be reached at the provided contact details or the provided information is incorrect, the host reserves the right to cancel the reservation.

Please send any questions or requests regarding the accommodation via email.

In the case of a request for a quote, the host will send the quote to the guest via email, which does not constitute as confirmation. We can only maintain the reservation if the full fee is paid.

As part of the email please provide the dates of your stay, contact details (name, email address, phone number) and the number of guests arriving at the accommodation. Guests arriving to the apartment with child(ren) are kindly requested to include the age of the child(ren). Guests who wish to bring dogs should specify the breed and the number of the dogs.

All details will be written in the booking confirmation email.

Reservations shorter than 6 nights in the studio apartment (4-5 nights):
Possible only if the time gap between two existing bookings is less than 6 nights. Please coordinate this with the landlord.

By submitting a reservation, the guest acknowledges that they have read and accepted the booking and cancellation conditions.

Cancellation

Reservations can only be cancelled in writing via email.

Free cancellation is available up to 10 days prior to arrival with a full refund.

Between 4-10 days before arrival, 50% of the paid accommodation fee will be refunded.

For cancellations made 3 days before arrival or less, we are unable to refund any of the accommodation fees paid.

In case of a cancellation, please indicate the date, location and the contact name in the booking email.
